Dancing Waters

I bet I took a couple of dozen pictures of the water show at the Bellagio.  I deleted almost all of them.  It's not as easy as it looks.  The good news is that I learned a lot about taking picutres of brightly lit moving water at night.  OK, what I learned was how not to do it.  Maybe next time I can figure out how to do it.

Inside the Bellagio

I'm sure this big dude has a name, but I didn't catch it.  He must be rich, he is standing on a pile of money.

Monte Carlo

The entrance to the Monte Carlo in Las Vegas.

Excalibur

Another 3 shot HDR for you.  This one is of the Excalibur Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.

Bellagio HDR

Here is a 3 shot HRD of the front of the Bellagio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.

Golden Horse

Here is another shot inside the lobby of the Bellagio.  I wonder where they get the money to pay for these extravagant statues?  mmmm....... Again, no tripod so I shot this handheld.

Bellagio Lobby

This was a impossibly tough shot.  The lobby of the Bellagio was full of people and I didn't have my tripod   I tried to take the shot anyway.   When I saw what Trey Ratcliff did with it, I was amazed.   Sea of Glass   It is even more amazing in person.  After you see the dancing waters outside, step inside the lobby for a quick look.

Paris in Las Vegas

Here is a 3-shot HDR across the pond that is in front of the Bellagio.

Moroni

Here is a shot of the Moroni statue at the top of the Las Vegas Temple.

LV Temple 2

Here is another shot of the Las Vegas Temple.

Las Vegas Temple

We just got back from Las Vegas.  Here is a picture of the Temple.

Eggs and onions

Here is a still life that I did last year for my photo class.

Sunset at Farmington Bay

Here is a shot I took last year out at Farmington Bay.

Temple

I think I may have posted this one before, but I reprocessed this 3 shot HDR in Photomatix 4.  I liked what it did to the texture of the stone work.   Also, this is cropped using the golden ratio .

Sunset over the lake
